Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email Jadeandco1@gmail.com with your order #. It may take up to 7 business days to process a return credit.


Can I return damaged plants or merchandise?

We carefully inspect plants and merchandise prior to shipping for overall wellness and suitability for shipping. Careful packaging by hand takes place to ensure the plant is well protected in a dark box. Our responsibility for the contents ends when we transfer handling to the shipper. $50 shipping insurance is included for priority mail shipments via USPS. Damage claims can be handled with USPS referencing the tracking number.

 

My plant arrived and it’s dropping leaves. Why?

Your plant has just spent several days in a dark box. Transplanting, changes in environment, temperature and lighting can cause shock. This is a common, temporary occurrence, but the overall health of your plant is still intact. Your plant should recover within a week or so.


How are shipping charges calculated?

We ship only within the US at this time. Shipping costs are calculated on weight and destination zip code distance from Washington state. 


Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, on the checkout page the shipping address can be different from the billing address.
